Here are some questions we often get asked.
If you have a question of your own please email us.

Firstly, please book your initial 60-minute compulsory consultation prior to joining us for a  class. All new Pilates Nest clients meet with Yvette Clements for a one-off assessment so we  can best personalise a program for you. We’ll ask a few questions to understand your body  mechanics and if you have any injuries or specific info that will help us personalise an effective program especially for you.

Once we’ve met for the first one off consultation, you’re free to access the full class schedule and book all Pilates classes and personal training sessions online HERE

Each session is 60 minutes of focused movement with individual attention. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start time so we can commence right at the scheduled start time.

Studio circuits allow the client to experience the full repertoire of Joseph Pilates traditional exercises. The Trapeze table, reformer, Wunda chair, spine corrector and ladder barrel allow the body to be stimulated in multiple ways, creating a multitude of health benefits.

As we operate in a boutique environment with a maximum of 4 people per class for an optimal,  tailored experience, we do kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Please wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Tights or bike shorts are a  great option. Please wear non-slip Pilates socks, these are available for purchase at the studio.

Please bring a water bottle to each session. We provide towels and filtered water.

Pilates is a great way to move, stay fit and strengthen your body to prepare you for birth and support optimal health through all stages of pregnancy. Our lead instructor Yvette specialises in pre-natal Pilates and will find a way to move that feels just right for you.
